Burke Smith is a Partner with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton and specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the greater Edmonton Area; Burke joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005.

As the division leader of the industrial division, which consists of ten agents and two sales support staff, Burke is often sourced for industrial market knowledge from current stakeholders in the Edmonton market, and newcomers.

Burke holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta School of Business majoring in Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Burke’s previous experience in small business management, combined with his real estate market knowledge help him better understand and address the needs of the companies he represents.

Burke insists that “we help companies maximize their business potential through real estate by ensuring that their properties provide the tools and environment necessary for them to do what they do best.”

Burke was born and grew up in the Edmonton area and is a member of two boards of directors in his community.
